Manage Tickets

You can have as many ticket packages for your event as you wish, either free or paid.  There are also different types of tickets, to help you categorize and manage the different people attending your event, such as spectators, event participants, and event vendors.  Each type can include specific information to notify the ticket holder with.

With the event management page open, click the Tickets button to manage all ticket packages

In the Manage Tickets section, you can see the status of all ticket packages and add/edit any details as needed.

  • # of tickets sold
  • # of tickets remaining for sale
  • # tickets total for the package
  • Cost of each ticket in package

Add Ticket Package

1. Click on the Add Ticket Package button:

2. On the Add Tickets page, enter a name for the ticket package to create.

3. Enter how many total tickets you would like this ticket package to have. After this quantity has been reached, they will show as sold out in the event’s Tickets section.

4. Select the pricing options for this ticket package.

If Paid is selected, the Price field must be also filled in.

6. Select Ticket Category for this ticket package. Different categories can have different check-in processes.
Examples:

  • Attendee = Person attending event, general admission
  • Participant = Car participating in the event. Asks to associate a car to the event on check in and shows on the event page.
  • Vendor = Food truck or other vendor. Asks to register location on check in to show on map

8. Specify the start and end date/times for this ticket package to be available for purchase on the event site. Cannot sell tickets beyond the specified end of the event.

9. Click the Done button to save the new ticket package:

Edit Ticket Package

1. Locate the ticket package you would like to edit and press the Edit (pencil) button

2. Edit the information as needed using the same process as identified above in the Add Ticket Package section

3. Click the Done button to save the new ticket package:

Delete Ticket Package

1. Locate the ticket package you would like to delete and press the Delete (trashcan) button:

2. Confirm the deletion of the ticket package:

Email Ticket Holders

1. Locate the ticket package you would like to send an email to all ticket holders for and press the Send Email to Ticket Holders link:

2. Fill in the subject for the email to be sent to all ticket holders of this package:

3. Fill in the message for the body of the email you want to send to all ticket holders of this package:

4. Click Send Message button when you are ready to send the email out to.
